abstract = "Neste trabalho n{\'o}s mostramos que o comportamento dos raios
c{\'o}smicos secund{\'a}rios (neutron e muons) depende das
estruturas solares observadas no meio interplanet{\'a}rio. Foram
analisadas observa{\c{c}}{\~o}es interplanet{\'a}rias e de
raios c{\'o}smicos na superf{\'{\i}}cie terrestre no
per{\'{\i}}odo de 2001 a 2004. Para isto, dados de campo
magn{\'e}tico interplanet{\'a}rio e dos parametros do vento
solar, registrados pelos instrumentos a bordo do sat{\'e}lite
Advanced Composition Explorer - ACE, e dados de raios
c{\'o}smicos de superf{\'{\i}}cie dos monitores de neutrons
mantidos pelo Instituto de Pequisa Bartol, instalado na
Universidade de Delaware , Estados Unidos, e do telesc{\'o}pio
cintilador de muons, instalado no Observat{\'o}rio Espacial do
Sul - OES/RSU/INPE-MCT em S{\~a}o Martinho da Serra, Brasil,
foram utilizados. As estruturas interplanet{\'a}rias foram
classificadas como: (a) Eje{\c{c}}{\~o}es de Massa Coronal
Interplanet{\'a}rias, (b) Choques Interplanet{\'a}rios, (c)
Nuvens Magn{\'e}ticas, (d) Regioes de Intera{\c{c}}{\~a}o
Co-rotantes, e (e) Eventos Complexos. N{\'o}s observamos que
durante a passagem das nuvens magn{\'e}ticas o decr{\'e}scimo
dos raios c{\'o}smicos s{\~a}o mais intensos do que durante a
passagem das outras estruturas. Por outro lado, a resposta dos
raios c{\'o}smicos durante a passagem das regi{\~o}es de
intera{\c{c}}{\~a}o co-rotantes {\'e} a menos intensa. Apesar
de todos os esfor{\c{c}}os, n{\~a}o {\'e} poss{\'{\i}}vel
explicar satisfatoriamente a resposta dos raios c{\'o}smicos
durante a passagem das estruturas interplanet{\'a}rias.
V{\'a}rios modelos atribuem o decr{\'e}scimo dos raios
c{\'o}smicos ao espalhamento das part{\'{\i}}culas na
regi{\~a}o de campo magn{\'e}tico turbulento entre a frente de
choque e a eje{\c{c}}{\~a}o. ABSTRACT: In this work we show that
the secondary cosmic ray variations (neutron and muon) depends on
the solar structures observed in the interplanetary medium. We
analyzed interplanetary and cosmic ray ground based observations
from 2001 to 2004. For this, interplanetary magnetic field and
solar wind plasma parameters data, registered by the instruments
on board the Advanced Composition Explorer - ACE satellite, and
ground based cosmic rays data of the neutron monitors maintained
by the Bartol Research Institute of the Delaware University,
United States, and the muon cintillator telescope, installed in
the Observat´orio Espacial do Sul - OES/RSU/INPE-MCT in Sao
Martinho da Serra, Brazil, were used. We classified the
interplanetary structures as: (a) Interplanetary Coronal Mass
Ejection, (b) Interplanetary Shocks, (c) Magnetic Clouds, (d)
Corotating Interation Regions, and (e) Complex Events. We observed
that during the passage of magnetic clouds the cosmic ray
decreases are more intense than during the others structures.
Thereafter, the cosmic ray response to the corotating interaction
regions passage are the less intense. In spite of all efforts, it
is not possible to satisfactorily explain the cosmic ray response
during the passage of the interplanetary structures. Several
models attribute the cosmic rays decreases to the particles
scattering in the magnetic field turbulent area between the shock
front and the ejection.",
